Is there really a light at the end of the journey...?

I can't believe that shipping is that difficult in Greece and need´s so a long time.
In our company we ship every day stuff all around Europe with different carriers and they never need more than 5 work days.

Almost there. Just a little while longer:

ED's twitter has activated, and emitted the following video:

It just shows the nubs working in Notaz's old keyboard test app, but it shows ED is working on the test script since he's working to build some proper release candidate prototypes. I'd call that the first signs of light at the end...plus it's the first Pyra video for a few months I think, even if it was taken with a phone camera and in the dark that can't easily tell the difference between oversaturated yellow and oversaturated green (hint: look at the colour of the halo around the word 'RNub' when he's clicking it).

I would kill for a news update right about now, I tell ya what.

Don't bother. That method of, "I'm going to do something patently wrong until you do something I want," hardly ever works.

Examples:
Kicking the cat until dad buys me a pony.
Separating refugee/migrant children form their parents to force another political party to capitulate on indirectly related legislation.

It all is based on the assumption that the 'other' is more ethically and morally bound than the 'actor'.

"Killing time" isn't really a question of morals, if that's what @directive0 had in mind. ;)

Just find expensive hobbies like I did to keep my mind from the wait.

My distraction is retro computers and turbo'd vehicles...

Hah! I did better: My retro 286 AT Computer has a turbo button! ... but I do not get any satisfaction of owning it (it runs WordPerfect 4.2 though... so at least that)

my weird hobby: Getting to work without using the brakes. (but can use gears to slow down)

Um. Okay.

Don't overdo it, brakes that are not being used get rusty, which greatly reduces the braking power if you need to perform some emergency braking. It is also a good idea to give the handbrake a little bit of action from time to time, else it might get stuck.

I have a foolproof plan to make sure everything goes perfectly and the Pyra will ship soon!
Step 1) Be me, acknowledge your bad luck
Step 2) Own a phone
Step 3) Pre-order a Pyra with the full intention of replacing old phone with new Pyra-phoney goodness
Step 4) Phone slowly deteriorates, losing several key functions.
Step 4a) Stick it out
Step 5) Phone finally loses ability to charge except with a particular high quality cable, when pulled at just the right angle, and very slowly.
Step 6) Accept defeat and order a new phone (Pixel 2)
Now, if you've followed those steps, then the day that your new Pixel 2 shows up on your doorstep, EvilDragon will announce that production has been greenlit and you'll have your Pyra within 2 weeks.

Dammit, ED didn't get the timing right. Got the 5T in January... after I got the Moto G5 in November, after my X10 mini died.

See, there's the problem: you didn't suffer long enough. My phone has needed to be replaced for various reasons for about 2 years now, I've just been suffering because the Pyra was "coming soon".
