Just a quick heads up

Wasnt the intention on the Lockdown that the Peaple dont go to the Shops? ; so if all of the 1000 or More Pyra Preeorderes went to Ingolstadt, to pick theyre Pyra up, this should put the Lockdown Ad Adsurbung (or how this was called)..

Like i said bevore: i would be happy if my Parcel Service is Royal, :
In Great Britain, this would mean that our good old Lizzy would bring all Mail, and Packages to every Britain Citicen whit hear Truck, as she got a Driving License for Trucks since she drove the Ambulance in WW2

Ad Absurdum
Yes, of course preorderers won't travel to Ingolstadt during the lockdown.
I'm not even sure whether people from Ingolstadt would be allowed to pick it in dragonbox's lair, if non essential shops are closed.
But as @hns said, delivery services are still working, and the shop is a webshop, not brick and mortar.
Sorry about Brexit. It can be tricky because the prepayment was done in the EU and the last payment and delivery not, so what's exactly the import to declare to customs and how to count tariff and taxes ?
I guess it's just me. People must know how to do it since preorders could also have moved out of the EU without Brexit, so similar cases might haven been handled already.

Well it could be Lizzy or Postman Pat. ED will have to add delivery options for UK:

Well, the Preepayment was a Voucher, and if i remember correctly, Vouchers are whitouth VAT as they are "Like Money",
So i have to Pay the whole German VAT when i order my Pyra..

So if Lizzy brings you your Pyra on the Island of the False Drivers, you have to pay the VAT in Britain, and Customs fes,

Nah, it's going to be fine again in a few years. At least until the climate is ruined.
We need to get one to the ISS/Artemis Gateway/Musk so that at least future LEO/Lunar/Martian civilisations will be able to benefit from the Pyra!

If you consider an Orwellian society fine. COVID-1984 is not going to go away anytime soon.

Also, many small businesses that had been thriving for decades were taken from thriving to bankrupt in a few months by random rules coming out of nowhere. So there's definitely precedent for them coming up with rules that take down small business out of nowhere. ED could be next anytime now. For our sake it would be nice to have a Pyra before that happens and for his sake it would be nice to have a stack of cash instead of a bag of Pyra parts before that happens.

But we'll see what happens. It's unfolding right in front of us right now. At least we already went from "just 2 weeks" to "just 2 more weeks" to "just a few months" to "just until everyone is vaccinated" to "vaccines are not enough. This is the new normal so get used to it. You're still going to have to get vaccinated, though"—so the pessimists so far have been on the right track with the optimists getting surprised at every turn.

The vaccines came out toooo soon. They will kill the Covid but the after effects will get you

At least until the climate is ruined.
If it goes, it goes very fast.

We are lucky the solar flare did not reach us in 2012 (but it's around 10% chance in a decade):

Watch the big (bada) boom:

There are more theories, like the sun going into a higher intensity, and massive snowfall, but for that you will need a tinfoil hat.

One thing is a bit strange:
The Pyra from the Dezember Batch will be whit 16 % VAT in Germany, but next jeahr it will be 19 %,
So the Customers who get there Pyra early pay 3 % less..

Send from something, i guess ^^

Well, I guess the (pre)*orderers able to pay on December will be the ones that funded the project earlier and had been waiting longer for their Pyras, so it's kinda fair.
Also the 16% VAT was not something any (pre)*orderer could expect, except those in this last semester. so it won't be a surprise for most.
And finally, I think the reduction to 19% to 16% in July 2020 was due to COVID 19 . I don't know if they'll reduce it again (or keep reduced) but at least the ground cause is still there, unfortunately. Maybe it gets back to 16% eventually.

I do not worry about anthropogenic climate change. A lot of temperature data has been tampered with to fit the narrative. It's as if reality is being retconned by scientists just like how fiction is often retconned by it's writers. Especially the 1930's have been retconned a lot. That period keeps getting colder. Maybe we should worry about scientists retconning a new ice age into the 1930's.

If i calculate 16 and 19 % from a example of 750 €, i come to a diferenz of about 20 €,
Maybe they ceep the 16 % to help the Shops after the trough lockdown whe get tomorow

IIRC ED quoted the original prices on the website including 2015 VAT presumably at the original higher rate. I've not heard of any changed to VAT in my home country, and I'm not sure what happens if one EU state drops it's VAT and then ships across borders; I remember that when we joined we had to normalise our VAT levels over time to make importing stuff easier.

Generally speaking, as a private person within the EU the company you are buying from will just charge the VAT of their own EU member country and that's it, so everyone from the EU has to pay the same price plus shipping. The complicated details of the tax laws only affect the companies themselves.

AFAIK the normalization was just about setting some general rules like a minimum common and reduced VAT rate (15%/5%) - ironically nobody even thought about setting a maximum.
