Guess my money was good enough in October of 2008 and not good enough now
they choose to make us assume the errors of CC.
all happened as if CC were legally untouchable. they failed and this is for customers to suffer the consequences of their errors either by paying more than initially, or by waiting until newer customers have all their unit, or by cancelling order.
it is logical, isn't it..?
You are right, I think this too in some way, but I'm not going anywere cause this is the only project that caught my attention in years, and I think also that it can be a start to something bigger.
I lurked the forums for 2 years (~ 2 Months) before taking the decision to trust these men (and ED made the most part in that).
Now, even if I don't have a Pandora yet, I can see something here that have no price (even for a MasterCard), a community, people that help each others to make something, to create contents, and even to express themselves... a piece of hardware alone is nothing without useful contents... I see a symbiosis here...
Someone in the forum said (don't rememember who) that if you pay to enter in the OpenPandora Club, you obtain the Pandora as a gift. This used to be a joke, but I think that is in someway a true thing.
It's always good to see people that after entering the forum wants to create something, and even if they don't even know were to start, theres always someone that can help them to go to the right direction.
And just to spoil something, I never programmed in Linux, but I'm working on a little project, something like the appstore but for unsupported sites (so it can't become better than that app, but I needed something triky to start with)... the code is really in a ugly state for now, but it's already able to download all the useful informations it can get from every page of the Pandora Archive... it can even download all the contents in one run... but I need to make some rules to that, too much traffic...
