Apparently they skip a number. The picture below is supposedly from China, which does the same. What about buildings over 3 stories high?

At least it's not gate 2(months)™So... Sadly no pictures of the production today, as FormAction was already finished with it when we arrived (yes, seriously!)
I'm now sitting at the airport waiting for my flight (which leaves at Gate 13... That's a good sign, right?)
I think I have heard of that, now that you show it. Just like the lack of a 13th floor in some places, which I was obviously comparing it to.
Did he specify which year he is planning to delliver them ?Santa says Pyras are inside...

I will pay more attention. In the buildings I have frequented there was a 4th floor.I've worked in buildings in the past (in London) that didn't have a floor 3+1 or a floor 14-1. But it did have a floor G (or Ground) since it was in the UK.
The main reason for this (both in China and Japan) is that the character for "Death" (死) and the character for "Four" (四) can both be pronounced the same way - "Shi" in Japanese and "Si" in Chinese. In both cultures, the number four is thus generally considered bad luck and avoided. It's why in genres like J-Horror if you ever see the fourth floor, or a fourth victim, or a fourth, well, anything, you can be pretty sure something evil's going to happen shortly.Apparently they skip a number. "Floor Ass" sounds like a bad indie post-rock/grunge band. Why not just label floors some other way, such as with an alphabet, or binary? "Oh, that's on floor ASS."

Vitamin C
So you can make coloured Pyras with black/grey nubs+shoulders like at the top of the page? (And the nubs will normally be the same colour as the shoulders except if they are swapped between two sets?)Each plastic part has one mold (some smaller ones share one mold though, like the battery cover and the lid).
So we have:
So that's six molds for the Pyra case. With two machines, it takes 3 times longer than with 6 machines
- Bottom Part
- Keyboard Part
- Lid Backside
- Lid + Battery Cover
- Stylus + Nubs + Shoulder Buttons + Stylus Holder
- Sealing pads for the speakers

Clear coloured shells anyone?I think I have heard of that, now that you show it. Just like the lack of a 13th floor in some places, which I was obviously comparing it to.
Anyone else notice the odd face under the 6 button?
Looking forward to ED's short final update, when he has a bit of time available (no rush). Personally, I am more interested in reading "500 clear Pyra cases have been made on time, and shipped, with tracking number".
