Now that I’m not worried about my skin anymore, I’m focusing on this tiny lump in the left side of my chest, which may or may not belong there. I mean, I can sort of feel something similar in the right side of my chest, but it’s definitely larger in the left. Maybe my left chest duct is just naturally larger though. Who knows?

You could maybe get rid if those through diet. That would save you a lot of trips to the doctor and a lot of worrying. I have been surprised a few times by losing symptoms which I thought were normal and unavoidable.

Though my skin still has ugly spots. Chronic diseases are FILO like a stack. The earlier you got a chronic symptom the later it will heal when you detoxify. So I still got a few symptoms from my youth. I got these spots pretty early, they were among my first symptoms even before I started feeling bad.

How much do you spend on going to the doctor? Would you not rather use that money for something better, such as gambling? If you were to take detoxification seriously then you would have a good reason to take your own home-made food or fruit to restaurants, possibly saving you even more money!

My next skin check is scheduled for May of 2023. It feels so weird, because a lot could change by then. Pyras might even be shipped.

My blood pressure monitor is running low on battery power already, and it’s only been about a month.
Can you plug it in? I don't think the battery in mine lasted a month, so I don't bother feeding it batteries.

I made an appointment for Thursday to have my GP check out the left side of my chest. I realize that, being male, it’s probably nothing, but I can’t stop fixating on it.

My doctor's appointment is today. I doubt they have the imaging equipment necessary to check out my chest though, so at best I'll get a referral to somewhere else and maybe get in there next week. Really, I just hope they don't have trouble feeling the lump, because I don't want to look like I'm hallucinating symptoms. Sometimes even I have trouble feeling the lump.

My doctor said my chest felt normal. She went ahead and ordered a mammogram and an ultrasound to be scheduled anyway though. So that was nice of her.

Ouch! They will be pressed to take the mammogram, I heard it's painful. Not sure if it's painful for men, though.

I was just thinking, my lump doesn’t appear to move forward when the rest of my breast tissue moves forward. I thought it was a breast lump because it was in the nipple area, but it might actually be behind my breast tissue. If so, the mammogram won’t pick it up, but the ultrasound still will. I just hope they see something, so I know I’m not going crazy.

Yeah, my lump is really puzzling me. It’s firm, but smooth, and doesn’t move easily. Apparently the smooth ones are supposed to be soft and move easily. The cancerous ones don’t move easily, but are jagged in texture and shape. I guess I’ll just have to wait for the imaging.
