If you replace the moduleboard, aka CPU-board, it has the whole SoC on it.
The GPU will not be able to be upgraded right?

Its inside the Soc, which is, together with the eMMC and Ram on the CPU Board. The GPU will not be able to be upgraded right?
I have pre-ordered and paid via bank transfer on the first of May, the money arrived two days later and I got my voucher with a code without problems.Has anybody gotten there pyra voucher by chance. I still haven't gotten mine and I ordered right when pre orders whent on sale Saturday. I know I was in the glitch part of the ordering Buethe site says pyra pre order but no vocher
It can take some time for the transaction to be processed (though Saturday is a while back). If you are really worried then you can contact EvilDragon.Has anybody gotten there pyra voucher by chance. I disagree. I have the Fiio X5 (1st gen) and I see very few hallmarks of good craftsmanship.
No, that would be PoE.Power over Ethernet, I'm not sure what you're implying?
From how I understood it, the led was just to control if the modem is active, it wasn't to disable/enable the modem.I think that is what he means, turning on a GPIO to switch on the cell modem is essentially an electrical switch I suppose. Are you sure about that? The last update I read (a long time ago), ED was saying that there will be no hardware switch but he will instead wire a led so that you can know if the chip is on.
Pillars of Eternity on Pyra confirmed! No, that would be PoE.
I read over the tech/info on the Pyra and I was surprised to learn what I learned the Pyra has:
1. 32GB internal storage (Had no idea there was going to be internal storage)
2. All the ports on the back of the Pyra. (Totally assumed there would be like 2 ports back there)
3. MicroSDXC-Card-Slot (I thought the only memory card slots were the SD cards
4. Four shoulder buttons (Totally thought there was only 2 shoulder buttons)
The GPU will not be able to be upgraded right?
It's VERY crowded in there.
That's the eMMC. Where the OS comes preinstalled. It's a chip which is on the CPU board itself if I remember correctly.1. 32GB internal storage (Had no idea there was going to be internal storage)
This community likes lots of ports, specially full sized ones.2. All the ports on the back of the Pyra. (Totally assumed there would be like 2 ports back there)
This is an alternative to the eMMC, it is also an internal slot under the battery (it's a SIM+microSD combined slot). Could put the OS in there instead of eMMC (in case eMMC breaks or just testing alternative OS).3. MicroSDXC-Card-Slot (I thought the only memory card slots were the SD cards
Feature added at request and with input from the community.4. Four shoulder buttons (Totally thought there was only 2 shoulder buttons)
Pillars of Eternity on Pyra confirmed!
(How did you guys manage to put a quote inside of a quote with the new software?)
Quote each one and then nest them manually. No, that would be PoE.Power over Ethernet, I'm not sure what you're implying?

I thought that the eMMC was on the motherboard (with everything else) and not on the CPU/GPU/RAM daughter board...?
No need to worry, ED said on twitter that he will create the vouchers in ~20min.Has anybody gotten there pyra voucher by chance. I still haven't gotten mine and I ordered right when pre orders whent on sale Saturday. I know I was in the glitch part of the ordering Buethe site says pyra pre order but no vocher
It's after 11 PM there - dude needs to get some sleep. No need to worry, ED said on twitter that he will create the vouchers in ~20min.
an LED is just an indicator light, it controls nothing, It will be good for knowing if it's enabled or not. However I'm fairly certain it WILL be turned on and off by a software controlled GPIO.From how I understood it, the led was just to control if the modem is active, it wasn't to disable/enable the modem.
Would like @EvilDragon to clarify it.
No, ED loves his coffeeIt's after 11 PM there - dude needs to get some sleep.
