Yeah, they are used for volume. Do you have a point?trooper posted on Jul 27 2005 at 03:16 PM said:CAN NO ONE SEE THE TWO VOLUME BUTTONS BELOW THE JOYPAD ?.
Cough!, Sorry for shouting.
Trooper
You do know this "in between" sounds shit is just an illusion right? You can't be any more accurate with a twisty thing than two buttons.DaveC posted on Jul 27 2005 at 03:24 PM said:And that volume control, ick. I prefer a regular old knob that you can quickly turn up/down. Those button ones kind of suck... tap tap tap...tap tap tap.. this button style also eliminates fine in-between sound setting as it in steps, stupid.

A 20/40 gig MP3 player costs in excess of £150 with a small black and white screen and no other features. The idea of this is to keep the cost down.royston79 posted on Jul 27 2005 at 03:44 PM said:A 20/40 gig drive would have shifted and swayed a few more people (maybe me) to part with the cash. Big chance to pick up on the major flaw of gp32 (capasity) missed (shame)
Hope it does well, I wish it luck, bring on the next, my jaw still firmly in place

I personally feel for any new GP to do really well it needs to be able to do all the GP32 can do and more. Not just the same but better.
For example will it be able to manage N64 and PSP emulation. If the answer is yes then it will be a major hit if the answer is no then even though most of us will probably get one it will still ultimately have failed to be what it could have been by being able to emulate the next generation of consoles up from the Genesis and SNES.

I for one will only be happy if we have PS2 emulation. [jk]Angel posted on Jul 27 2005 at 03:51 PM said:BaDToaD posted on Jul 27 2005 at 02:47 PM said:It looks nice.
