Is anybody aware of a method to ADD FREE Android games to the account without the APP ?!

In the PC client there's a filter for the platform, but always it shows nothing related to android

One of this week FREE games is River City Girls 2

The first one is a really cool mesh up of beat'em up in an open world, with some little RPG elements, this seems like an improvement on it, with more selectable characters and moves.

The Double Dragon DLC is not free, but seems like a cool addition.
