Nice. But my favourite (for the CPC) will always be
Ouch, they diss C64. Music wise so so (not bad, but C64 sounds better), but visually... wow... that is higher resolution and so many colors (stupid c64 should have included custom colors, like the Atari can)!

Yeah. I don't think MACs, spoofed or otherwise make it out to the wider internet. MAC addresses are an ethernet level technology originally (which have been adopted going forward by wifi, bluetooth and other local level network technologies) but once you're off those networks and onto the wider internet only the payload including source and target IPs and the message body are preserved.
Yes, but what I was doing had a much greater risk than lying to a distant server.

I think those are done using the CPC's originl AY-3 sound chip, which is a simple 3 voice PSG. I've never heard anything quite a complex done using a PSG like those. The SID chip is also 3-voice, but it's significantly more tweakable than a simple PSG is, and audibly is usually somewhere between a PSG and FM-synthesis. The Atari ST for example started out with an AY-3 PSG, but later revisions (starting with the STe I think) had FM-synthesis, so most ST demos use that FM chip, but most ST games just use the PSG and to my mind it really lets down what otherwise is a relatively powerful machine from the 16-bit era. If these demoscene writers can write such pieces for the PSG (and display fancy graphics at the same time) I'm very impressed.

"John Snow" just got banned for spam. Misspelling aside, I am somewhat honored.

By the way:
in the German Version from "Game of Thrones", John Snow was translatet too "John Schnee", for me, John Schnee sounds more like a Disney Sidekick..
This also dissapoints me, as i want to read the Books in german, but every time he get mentioned, i read it as "John Snow"..

Schnee is the German Translation of "Snow", but who the hell translatet Names ??

Oma-Wetterwachs...

I hate translating names too, especially in languages where the spelling is adapted to native pronunciation (some conlangs do this).
I don't care how you pronounce it dammit, as long as you write it properly.

Also: who the hell dubs movies?
