PGS Windows 10 gaming handheld - GPD WIN competitor

There is a chance that it could just be someone REALLY enthusiastic, taking up a similar name because they've fanboi'd, and are scrubbing the internet for any mention of it to try and spread the word. Thinking on it now, I don't think it's fair to make the assumption without at least first mentioning the possibility.
So I'm mentioning it.
There, it's been mentioned.

That must be where the Pyra is going wrong. Remember all of those multi-colored renders? They should have been getting posted everywhere else. We should all have been spamming render posts on every gaming and mobile computing site we can get a temporary user account on... Nevermind. Don't need that.

I'm done sitting on my hands waiting for Ithic to get their stuff together. I'm going to order my GDP WIN from Dragonbox.de directly. No more waiting around.

Sarcasm is the lowest form (of wit)? What about knock-knock jokes? Here, let me try:

PGS Team: "Knock-knock."

Internet Forum member: "Who's there?"

PGS Team: "the PGS Team"

Internet Forum member: "the PGS Team WHO?"

PGS Team member: "The PGS Team is.....Meet our product designer & community manager, Alan Williams. He is NOT Kostas Valov, the actor. Also, meet Lola Kochetkova who is NOT a ballerina in the Bolshoi and who is not the daughter of a Russian mob/crime boss."

Internet Forum member: "What?"

PGS Team: "No more questions! Today we are happy to start following a good tradition - once a month we will provide a brief summary of news, sharing with you our ideas and plans for future development!"
[doublepost=1472515972,1472515653][/doublepost]Okay, maybe that had some sarcasm in it as well. I am so looooow....

FlapJack, like so you mean?

Ha ha ha...what? That's confusing as heck, but it might be funny if somebody can explain the humor to me sometime.

Keep at it FBnil. You'll master this yet.

but it might be funny if somebody can explain the humor to me sometime.
In Mad Love Harley taught us that complicated things that require a lot of thinking are funny, but Mr. J told us that we can't explain it. The result of this combination is things that are hilarious to the person saying/doing it, but they are either not understood or seem to be very bad jokes to others. It is better to laugh alone. That also keeps those around you on edge, which gives you more to laugh about!

(Even my family still doesn't understand my jokes. When I do explain, upon request, they insist it isn't funny. They are wrong.)

I think that I understand your explanation. I crack myself up on occasion, and sometimes I do feel like I'm the only one laughing. I mutter under my breath that I'm surrounded by idiots and morons...and that helps me feel better about my jokes falling upon deaf ears. I'm not the Riddler nor the Joker. I'm jest a simple man and a fan of the world's best handheld computer in the world.

This place makes me feel better. I'm a super nerd without any powers. I'm home.

We have had many concerns regarding the PGS Lite version from the very beginning of our project, since our community's choice is mostly the Hardcore version. On the other hand, some people would still prefer the Light version due to its compact size. We'd like to make it even more attractive to our users, thus we've got a potentially useful idea to replace the second screen with the physical keyboard. The consequent advantages are reduced power consumption, illuminated keyboard, reduced cost. But first we'd like to ask your opinion. So please express your preferences in the poll, and we will post results afterwards.
P two rows down on the other side of the up arrow?

Well at least they are being creative I guess cause I don't think I've seen that type of layout before.
I could've sworn both were the same dimensions but I guess not unless they changed it at some point.
[doublepost=1472916839,1472916752][/doublepost]Wait I just noticed, there's no backspace key.

That is a pretty crazy layout.

I am a loser and fake man.:p

I guess I am off to vote.

Vote early and vote often cause there is nothing limiting how many times you can vote.
Bit of a random question, that keyboard if it was made I'm pretty sure would be a custom part used only in a pretty low production run device.
Would a custom made backlight keyboard really be cheaper than some lcd screen churned out by some company by the thousands used in multiple devices?

Why... did they put arrow buttons on the keyboard? There's a d-pad literally right there on the left. That's four keys that are strictly duplicated and could have been saved.
Shift is an Fn on Alt? How are you supposed to press alt-shift combos? People are going to have problems typing upper case letters. And why are '!', '@', etc... on Fn keys and not left as shift-1, shift-2, etc...?
It's one thing to rearrange punctuation or other "special" keys when you don't have the room, but come on, 1-9 and 0 as an Fn key? And moving the 'P' all the way down there? They couldn't have made the keys 1/9th thinner to get rows of 10?
Like, I know we get into big arguments about keyboards here, but there's just so much obvious waste here I can't begin to figure out how it could have passed any sort of approval.

Honestly, absolutely nothing about this project is based in reality, so sure, why not? It can be cheaper if you just believe it is. :p

Yes, same here.
If only they had mapped DPad to cursor and ABXY to some keyboards key, in "Mouse" mode, that would have solved the issue when a game wants keyboards to play.
