I wonder if we'll see compatibility issues with Cyclone ... if so, would we be able to roll back to the 'existing' engine within the same build?
yeah, it's just a flag passed to the build. it'd be released with two executables, much like MAME'S release style.Shane R. Oh... that's nice. I'd read this forum earlier, but from my mobile with images off and didn't notice. Having checked the forums now I'm back home, I discovered that you were the culprit for setting that off, so thank you and the rest of the merry band of people hereWhiteFalcon posted on Mar 26 2006 at 10:43 AM said:Hey critical, congrats on your new, deserved status

Anyway, I do appreciate people's feedback and words of encouragement. Hope to get stuck into the Cyclone integration task again tomorrow.

Wings works with 512k
In this context, it's an emulation of the Amiga's 68000 CPU that's written in assembler for ARM processors (like the GP2X's) to be significantly faster than an equivalent written in C. If I ever get it working, it'll make for smoother emulation with less need for overclocking.ChaosUK posted on Mar 30 2006 at 10:57 PM said:Not knowing much about the Amiga what is this cyclone that keeps getting mentioned. peice of amiga hardware that you are trying to emulate ? chip ? or something else.
