TV Out Cable: Time to Mass produce! (2013-06-22)

You might want to try ithic.com run by forum member 'Link'...
Only one for $8 (no developer would trust buying only one), then add $8 more for each?  Of course not.  Three of them would cost $24, as if the shipping cost trippled by the over bearing weight of so many connectors

stop whining about the cost of things, as a preorderer i paid through the nose for my 1GHz unit and i had to wait half a year to get it but i dont care, because i'm happy with the product and at the end of the day money is simply an enabler, its no good just hanging onto it - then its surely useless. If you want the product pay the cost. If you dont want to pay the cost then try and shop elsewhere, but as has already been stated the connector that fits into the Pandora itself is kind of rare so good luck finding one.

20 bucks for a cable isn't exactly outrageous.

Considering it is with a fairly unique connector and a custom run of only 1500 I think it is priced fairly well.  Most regular retail shops you walk into sell cables for a lot more than that.

Not, if you pre-ordered it 5 years ago for 14€.  ;)
I blame inflation brought on by rampant capitalism
Yay, capitalism.  :D

Yeah, the price is reasonable for the amount of fun you will get with it :)
before the fun comes the search for an matching adapter cable because I don't have one. My TV dont have a SVideo jack but basicly everything else from scart over HDMI to Cinch in various colours. No clue what to buy for an cable yet. ^^""

Prio 1: Use S-Video, if possible.

Check, if one of the Scart sockets has the "S --[-> ]" sign on it. Then it is S-Video compatible and you need an adapter cable that connects the TV-Out's S-Video connector + the Audio L+L connectors (probably black and red Cinch) to Scart.

EDIT: on this image you see that the right one of the two Scart sockets has that S-Video logo. By far not all TV sets seem to have that feature.

Prio 2: Use Composite, if S-Video is not possible, i.e. of none of your Scart sockets has that "S --[-> ]" sign. Then you need an adapter from Composite video + Audio L+R (Yellow, Black and Red Cinch connectors of TV-Out) to either Scart or to equally-colored Cinch jacks on the TV.

Alternatively, for either option you may use a straight-through cable (i.e. with the same plugs on either side) and use a Scart adapter to get into the scart socket:
