If I'm still on this planet some decades from now... I will 3D print a personally designed companion that I can also project my consciousness into... of course I will go to quite some measures working on the AI so it can be adorable and endearing company when I'm puttering around in this reality... or... we can both share it's body and perceptions.... Maybe I will get some implants so it can live in me too...

Lady M and I have got plans to transfer her into a spiffy new body once ones of sufficient capability become available.

I remember reading something about a natural multiple who underwent a brain scan and each of the system member's thought patterns were distinguishable, so the prognosis looks good.

Hi all,

Well it seems with a heavy heart I must admit defeat and throw down my sword. She seems to have married another man already, I respect that. So I'll shake his hand. The best man won fair lady.
To him I want to say to treat her as the Queen she is, there's no woman better.

My Queen, know that the undeserved Knight shall always be at your side waiting for you and fight for you if you change your decision.

@Moonwolf:
It's like with restrooms, they're either snafu or already manned.
I gave up hope regarding a proper relationship in this life a while ago and will die as the bitter grumpy man full of broken dreams that I already am.
Being a romantic in this world is just asking for pain and despair.

Best advice I can give anyone is to hit the gym and improve yourself.

2nd best advice drop the m'lday shit.

Getting fit and strong builds confidence, people are attracted to fit and confident people. Also makes you feel good about yourself.

Seriously moonwalk I am curious why do you type/talk like that? Do you think it impresses people or gives you class?

Thankfully we are all not created equal. Ultimately it doesn't matter about anything else as long as your personality shines through.

There's also nothing wrong with being polite and erudite, and even playing a character; it's an aspect of your personality that some people may like.

Being confident helps a lot, not only for attracting people, but also just for realizing that you do.
When I was younger, I was lacking self-confidence and it's much later that I realized that some girls were actually interested in me. At that time, I didn't expect them to be, because what was there to love in me?

Plus not hating yourself feels pretty good generally speaking.

I have the problem of being liked too much... when I am making no effort to be. I end up being ugly towards the people giving me attention. .. Which I do not like.
I would much rather be nice to people. .. but then they must know it doesn't mean anything... to me that is just being polite and mannered which I very much like being.

Every nice thing I do or be draws me closer to the true in me... I didn't do it to draw you to me... or to express I am drawn to you.

I am drawn to the true in me. That's where I want to be... living in the true of me.

I don't want to be living in you... or have you holding me or me holding you... I am drawn to the true in me... not the true OF you...

If the true IN you is the same as the true in me... you don't need me... you need the true in you. I am not your love. You are your love. If there is no love in your true in you then in you isn't true.
I can't love what isn't true.

when the true in you is truly true... then love has always, and ever will be... and you will not need me, or I need you... For you will simply... be, with no need of anything, not even me.

And every you and every me will be a dream... The only dream it's ever been.

You know FaeMinx, when I read your post above, or indeed most of your posts, a strange thing happens. I manage to read your post in it's entirety, then I find myself floating, no sense of gravity, no sense of feeling. Time and gravity seem all nonsense. I look down and I can see myself, it's then that I realize I am out of my body, just floating in air, but not in air, just there. I see myself reading your post, then suddenly there is a blinding light. It's as if every part of my body, every atom, has spontaneously disintegrated - but there is no heat. Then suddenly I am back in my body. I turn around and the clock shows 5 minutes earlier then I remember it being. I look up and your post is on the monitor, but I have no recollection of reading it. I go to read it but suddenly remember my out of body experience and the light . I pause , shutdown the PC, and walk away .

Weird thing is, the same thing happens everytime.

My connection isn't as shaken as that, but I feel reassured that I can find and reach what my self needs. FaeMinx, for me, is mostly a reminder of hope. Not for them, for satisfaction. Although in this life relief will probably have to come first. Let's have a nice day.

Watching Westworld (the film, not the series), and I would love to have something somewhat like that, probably without all the malfunctions. It seems some of you want something similar. That isn't much of a surprise, and neither are the ones that stated it.

Women are attracted to big and wealthy guys, fit and confident is secondary.

Is this fact on behalf of all women? Because I'm a woman and I can honestly say that I have no interest in "big and wealthy guys". Nor do I go specifically for men with a high fitness level or whatever nonsense was suggested.

I, personally, go for personality, first and foremost (sense of humour, intelligence etc), and then I have to be physically attracted to that person, secondary. They have to have a certain something special about them. It's all about chemistry to me.

I have to say that this generalisation of what females supposedly look for in men, annoys me greatly. And usually it's inaccurate anyway.

You're the exception that proofs the rule (by being an exception).
Sadly it is indeed quite accurate for most people, there are several studies on that.

Don't forget, that the majority of people (women included) are mentally still somewhere in the stone age and deep down have the same priorities as people back then, although only few admit it.

BTW: I know dozens of great long-term single guys who are fit, funny, talented, confident etc... and they all have those two things in common (small and not wealthy). Go figure.
