This thread is needless. We already have PGS now, and we don't need anything else.
In fact, why even Pyra forums are still alive?

Now that the Chromebook can run wine, thus steam, it will be another competitor.

The only thing I like about the SmachZ is that it chose AMD, so Intel does not get too much monopoly...

Looks quite interesting and doable as a games-console, or even just the controller/screen. Is it still an attempted handheld?

How is a computer with a keyboard a competitor to a machine with actual gaming controls?

Wow, quite a brick and the framerate is terrible.
...and why would one install Windows 10 on it?

That thing looks gigantic. Maybe the person holding it simply has small hands, but does anyone know the measurements HWL of that device?

At least the Lynx was ambi-dextrous. I'm not sure what positives this device has.

The German-language article that @vcoleiro1 has linked to claims that the device will be made smaller, particularily thinner, so there's that.

I don't think it's worth noting that anyway at this point.
I'm on their mailing list, and remember getting an email fairly recently, a week or so perhaps, and they stated that the screen size isn't even determined yet - and they're asking [us all] to comment on what size screen we'd like the final model to be.
So with that in mind, it could change in size quite a bit eh, as might get a 5", 7", 8" [who knows what size?] screen
