Release Mupen64Plus 2.2

I've compiled it with the RENDER_API=GL_LEGACY option, so that it targets OpenGL 1.5. It now works full-speed! :D

Looks like there's also a GLESv2 support (used by the RPI3 build) but I couldn't get it to work.

So GL4ES still has some usefulness :D

Maybe you can put the updated patch somewhere, I expect it needed some manual adaptation right?

I didn't have to change anything in the code, just put it in a slightly different place. I'll try to generate a diff and post it here.

Did anyone ever try pod racer (star wars episode 1: racer) with this emulator? It only shows a part of the screen during gameplay with the rice plug-ins on my Ghz. Too bad - seems to give the best performance.
With GLES2N64 it shows a black screen, I hear sound that does stutter quite a bit during gameplay - it is listed in the per rom config file STAR WARS EP 1 RACERS. Tried some other widths - heights, but didn't help.
Glide GLES2 works best, shows full screen and no glitches but is slow and sound stutters. I wouldn't mind sacrificing resolution for speed, but I haven't figured out if that is possible in the settings.
Other plugins give a ton of graphical errors and are slow.

Seems like GLES2N64 is the preferred plugin for cc pandora's. Tried some other SGX drivers, at least the most common ones - and didn't seem to help with any of the plugins.

Will try it later on one of my CC pandora's to see if it works better on those. This game is not listed in the compatibility list and I haven't seen anyone mention it in this thread.

Any suggestions?
