Anyway...Here's an easy one:

This rapper has released more albums posthumously than when he was alive...
Is it the one guy, what's his name, Two Pack Shaker?

I wanted to have some kind of fun during the weekend, so here is a little trivia thread. We'll see if there are more rap lovers out there soon enough.

Rules:
1) Answers must not be from the internet or any other source other than your previous knowledge. (I have no real way of checking this, so I'll have to trust you guys.
2) There will be one question at a time. Only when the question is answered will there be a new question.
3) Only OMars (me) and DCGM will be able to ask the next questions.
4) If there's a question that you are dying to ask, pm me or DCGM so one of us can post the question on this thread.
5) Once 50 questions have been answered the thread is going to end (but I'm not a mod and I can't delete or close it, but we'll see what happens)
6) Who ever answers one question will receive one point and there will be a new post with the up-to-date trivia game scores.
7) In the case of a tie there will be a tie breaker question that would be almost impossible to answer for the ordinary hip hop fan.
8) The winner will receive...absolutely nothing, except the satisfaction of being the biggest hip hop fanatic on these boards.

Okay the first question is "What was the first commercial rapper or rap group in the hip hop scene?".

edit: if the question is asked by me, then DCGM can answer and vice versa

those guys that do that one song rapers delight

Another question is were did real hip hop originate???

and name the biggest real hip hop group in hip hop???? (i mean real hip hop)

Those aren't official!

were did real hip hop originate???
> Bases comes from Jamaican discomobiles sound systems and hood parties I would say.
There were some block parties in American black ghettos.
Jamaican artists came with the idea of using two turntables, microphones to entertain the audience.

Name the biggest real hip hop group in hip hop?
> The Fat Boys ;)

Ive came in late to this thread... but,

Does anyone know what the original four elements of hip-hop were?

Heres a vid to help you eliminate what the under-20s think they are.

I'm no hip-hop junkie, but I believe it's turntable/MC/spraypaint/breakdance.

Also that song (although great) was no use, although I expect you know that.

Walk this Way by RUN DMC is known for popularizing rap music and everyone seems to know that song even today
Oh come on! that shit is from 1986! You know what predates it? Half of the famous Run DMC stuff, the Afrika Bambaataa stuff, the Grandmaster Flash stuff, Schoolly D's PSK, Sugar Hill Gang's Rapper's Delight, the Kurtis Blow crap, and the Cold Crush Brothers and the likes. Not to mention Whodini, Trouble Funk and Ice-T.

You disappoint me mdinire ;)

Here's a tough question, OK maybe it's not my turn to ask a question but I don't care cause I try to make a habit out of being rebelious and not respecting the rules ;).

Who was the first rapper to be featured on the show America's Most Wanted?
