The joke in French would be culinary in nature.
When we take the quote "I hate sand, it get's everywhere"... maybe there's a French Cookie Monster joke in that...

Sigh, so many people get this wrong. It really isn't difficult.
The letter 'I' followed by the letter 'T'.










Spelling 'diarrhœa' on the other hand, is difficult, as many people don't know how to generate the œ ligature used to represent the Greek diphthong οι.
