Is my physics getting old, or that can't be a temperature? There're no negative Kelvin temperatures, and the other degrees only get down to -273.15 C or -460 or -470 Fahrenheit or thereabouts.
So I must deduce this is expressing a change of temperature, Like something that was at almost 2000 degrees Fahrenheit is now in empty outer space without any heat left, or something that was at 5000 * C is now at just 2542 * C.
Alternatively it could be something badly backwards twisted 6 or 7 full turns (-42.90 radians).
Now an image has invaded my mind: The revolving door in a pharmacy accumulates the degrees it turns, positive in the direction of walking out and negative when walking in, and the sign just means there are now some 14 customers in the pharmacy (half a revolution each), assuming the staff lives in there or uses a different door.

So better find another pharmacy, right?

Wait, revolving doors can turn in the same direction always, just stepping on one half of the floor circle in and the other out... So it made no sense...

Not as enormous as ED's health bar!
