My translation:

Attention

Don't touch the machine you're likely to break it

Not for use by idiots

Look but don't touch

Just relax and watch the blinking lights

That part I get. I guess mittengrabben comes from some Engl. term, I don't know, put together from mittens ans grab.?
But what's "poppencorken mit spitzensparken" (pop a cork I get, though I don't know, what's meant by it) and "das rubbernecken sightseeren" (I'd read it as "Rubbernecked sightseeings keep their hands in their pockets!")

The notice was composed more to be humorous than accurate, the person who wrote it has sprinkled a few english words/terms in there but made them seem like German ones by modifying them e.g. rubbernecken = rubbernecker.

Yes, the 'rubbernecker sightseers' were a relatively common metaphor when this thing was first written. It refers to the drivers who pass an accident and all turn to get the best view of the accident in the other lane, and stop paying attention to what's in front of them.

Edit: And mittens are gloves, technically, the types that don't have fingers only a thumb, but collect all the fingers together in a single pocket, but in this case I think that mittens refers more to the hands within them, and refers to the sort of people that see a button and instinctively press it without understanding what they do.

Edit: And spitzensparken refers to spits and sparks. Poppencorken is a kind of explosion, so it refers to the moment when all of the valves fail in a row, shower the room with little fragments of glass and start shorting out.

So, seems like lately, everyone (like Github, Chrome, etc...) wants to remove "racists" terms like "master/slave","whitelist/blacklist",etc... from their projects.

I wonder if one day, a parent process that kills his childrends will be put in prison...

Ah a 'top of a pic' is a 't-shirt bearing a picture', which was their dad's but they wore it in order to chill out. Translation complete.
That took me a while as well.
The grammar in that post is so atrocious that it's nearly incomprehensible.
