Srsly: Wtf?!

Let me get this straight:

There is a guy in shorts driving a car out of some closed parking house,

his girl gets out of the car when they reach a fence, he drives through it, knocks her over full blast with a metal bar in the face while trying to get back and finally knocking his car over after not having learned anything from the previous attempts?

Did I get it right?

Why do people like this get a licence to drive a car anyway?

I don't understand why the car needed to be on the other side of the car flipper.  I watched it a couple times and I still can't figure it out.  Easy solution, I think, is "hey, instead of sitting/standing there pull the car flipper back enough so that it doesn't flip the car while I back up.  Or don't put the car on the other side.  What purpose does that thing serve?  Is it to flip your car if you go the wrong way, like some sort of strongly enforced One Way/Do Not Enter sign, that flips the car if you don't obey?

I just watched it 2 more times and I still don't understand what is going on.  Does the guy not know how to use a car door?  I tried to see what happened after the girl got out, since I thought maybe the car went down the hill because she didn't have the parking break on, but it looks like the guy is behind the wheel when she first gets out.  Is there some well known reason the girl stayed on the other side of the car flipper that I am not aware of?  If it is her car she should have told shorts and no shirt to get out and get lost, otherwise she should probably have left and found someone who isn't a moron to get a ride with.
