yeah, quite similar, but Super Potatoes and the like in Japan are way much more crowded inside in terms of inventory. I actually like the fact it's like that, it feels like a treasure hunt even moreReminds ne of Super Potato stores in Japan. Although they are not charities.
oh my god! i`ve just moved to NC, I`m 20 minutes from Charlotte
i`m going to go there this weekend.. I`ll report back!
i`ll take my Pandora with me
In my experience many of the somewhat expensive games are not rare, but popular. Take Pokemon. This was and remains an extremely popular franchise. My best guess is a couple people were willing to pay a bit more for them than they were worth, so everyone started selling or buying it for a higher price and it stuck. I think Zelda games are the same way. These are games that you can always find, yet they sell for more than less popular games that are less common. Earthbound is stuck in that area in between, since so many people want it, yet it isn't highly available. I agree the asking price is often silly, and I wonder how many of the people who own a copy actually play it.mhhh... reasonably priced games... this is awesome! Also it will encourage kids to try out some of the older stuff and maybe buy classic games for a decent price instead of getting ripped off on ebay.
EDIT: Stainy, if you see an earthbound for snes in whatever cosmetic condition, I will pay up to 100$ plus shipping
still looking for a cart and nowadays people pay/ask waaaaaaay too much. It's not THAT rare.
