Wishlisted it on Steam!

Linux is coming...Windows only? But that makes it harder to play on a Pyra using Box86! O_O
Unfortunately I've had nothing but problems trying to make a linux build using VirtualBox so I probably won't have one ready for the initial release. I'll setup linux properly when I get my head together and try again later. For now, sorry, please use WINE or Proton and please don't lynch me. I'll build it for the Pyra when I get mine.
Ah, good I just pulled an 11 hour shift so I posted without reading the whole thread first like I usually do. Thanks for pointing that out for me!Linux is coming...
I'd hate to get into technicalities, but the DragonBox Pyra is technically a computer...At last, it is done. It works with the runtime. I'm never touching another computer ever again.
It's pretty common on itch.io to see games with Linux and Mac builds with a message from the developer saying that they should work but are untested and might not work.I've heard it's not very popular, but I believe that requirement only exists because users of other distros may not have the dependencies contained in the runtime installed on their own systems. There's a possibility I could just ship the Debian build without them checking, and it'd probably work for most people, but I know there will be those few who don't have one or both of those libs installed who leave a bad review because it "doesn't work". When I get bad reviews, they should be about how the game sucks, not about the game being a broken scam.
I see that on Steam quite a bit too, typically something like "Tested on Ubuntu XX.xx other distributions may work but are not supported."It's pretty common on itch.io to see games with Linux and Mac builds with a message from the developer saying that they should work but are untested and might not work.
The idea of shipping an untested build gives me conniptions. It's pretty common on itch.io to see games with Linux and Mac builds with a message from the developer saying that they should work but are untested and might not work.
