We've just got back from our second lesson.

I couldn't tell who is you and who is Peony, but you look both great. Enjoy your life.

Is that Benji?

Also in other news, I managed to sneak in a video camera and record one of the instructional videos we were shown as part of the charm course.

UK government insisting on a backdoor.... Bunch of clueless idiots. Not a new conversation. Apple did the right thing. As usual the parasitic UK government looks out for it's self not the people. Makes me think USA is much more evolved. It's a fair comparison.

@netcat Didn't you hear? The US did the same thing to their telecom infrastructure, which is why they have the Chinese and who knows who in it. And instead of giving the companies new directions like "Oh shit. Maybe it would be better, if you don't backdoor the system. So don't, we guess!", they advice the people to encrypt and be careful. Bunch of ...!

I'm just surprised because at this point everyone knows what end to end encryption is.

The whole consumer strong encryption discussion happened 20+ years ago in the US where the gov tried to ban it. Communication metadata could be snoopable but payloads should not be, was the conclusion.

Just to Remember: Today is Election in Germany, i would like it more to have it in Fall like usuall as i would then just take a different Way back which gets me to my Garden Chilling Place (whe dont have a Fence there which shows how Save Germany is, dont mather what Right Populistic Polticians say) , but its still too wet outside and there is too much mud .. . .. ^^

OK. I think now the Election in Germany is over, I've seen some vote projection from election day surveys. There are a couple of parties near the threshold which means several scenarios are still open.
What I'm not sure, is when will the definitive official results be ready ? Tomorrow, I guess ?

Well I think it will take a few more days, it’s not an real summe, just a „first Hochrechnung“ you can’t count that many elections in an hour..

Also whe are quite ancident on our Election System: it’s a sheat of paper you make a cross on the party you want.. , so an human have to unfold it, read your decision, and count it ..

And unlike USA where have more parties than just Repulicans and Democrats, there are a lot of.. CDU, SPD, Green Party, the Left Party, the FCKAFD (NAZIS!!) , a Party which got on its Program that it will take care Germans will Life a few 1000 years (Party for Life Sience), and lot more..

So the actual „Winner of the Election“ is still not officially confirmed..

After this, there will be a few days where the Party who get the most votes needs to speak to another party to have together the most votes, you need at least more than 50 % for this …

The Candidate for the CDU, Friedrich Merz, an Former High Employee for Blackrock, might grouped up whit the FuckAFD, even though he said he want work whit them .., he is even though the CDU is a Party who should be in the Middle between Left and Right, quite an Right Populist, he is against the Migration which is an Human Right, he did yesterday in Munich made an Hate Speak Against the Left and the Greens and the Peaple who did demonstrate against Nazis, he plans to bring the Combustion Engine Cars back and the Nuklear Power Plants.. , and he is also against renewable power sources…

He stands for anything I stand against…

He will be the worst chancellor in this century..

Thanks. Ok. It's not really that important. If the government can last for 4 years, one can wait 4 days or 4 weeks to know what it is. No big trouble.

That's more good than bad. Speed in knowing the official results is not so important. It's just curiosity, not a useful thing.
But having humans doing things and checking that they are properly done, it's important, even if slow.

Well, I think in the USA there are also other small parties, besides Democrats and Republicans, it's just that the rules there make it even more difficult to make them work and almost impossible to have them win.
It's OK that there are multiple parties.

Yes government coalitions take time. I just meant to know the composition of the Bundestag.

I hope so. That'd mean all others after him will be better. There's some good news too: 1 He's not Trump. 2 He got less than 30%, meaning he won't be able to do exactly all he wants like if he had an absolute majority.
I guess I'm not so disappointed because the result is so far similar to what the surveys had said, so I was already counting on bad news.
But well... I feel your pain.
I guess I'll let it rest for a few days, then.

Wahlen Schmahlen

edit: there's a smart name for the act of adding a "shm"- prefix(?) to a word, thus deriding the thing. I can't remember it. I don't want to ask an A.I. :(
Edit: apparently this is because of yiddish language influence - just can't find the term google gave me 20+ years ago
