After i had that much spam commercials on Facebook yesterday, i decided to leave this plattform and be only on Twitter..
I ditnt decides yet if i should delete my acount or just aband it..
What about moving to a FLOSS alternative?

Ok. Bets on when the Pyra Papers are going to come out:
In 2 Months, of course.
Were you asking for real, or just wanted someone to say it again?

I have absolutely no first hand experience. I run away from antisocial networks like from the palgue, so this is just hearsay:
Once I heard someone complaining that deleting a Facebook account was proving very difficult. And someone else replied the only way he found to get off Facebook was to convince a couple dozen of friends to denounce him for inappropiate behaviour.
I thought it was quite the world upside down...

I just noticed i miss the 3th October yesterday : about 30 years ago, the German Democratic Repuplic (GDR), (DDR) and the Federal Repuplic Germany (BRD) got reunited , : After the Second World War, the Sovwiets took the East, and the Americans the West of Germany, which causes that the Eeast got a Sozialistic System, and the West was the Kapitalism its still today..

Maybe its because it was sunday

Maybe its because it was sunday

Imagine forgetting one of the biggest events in your country's history just because it happened to fall on a Sunday. I still remember England's great historical events no matter what day of the week they happen to fall on, such as the following:

I just noticed i miss the 3th October yesterday : about 30 years ago, the German Democratic Repuplic (GDR), (DDR) and the Federal Repuplic Germany (BRD) got reunited , : After the Second World War, the Sovwiets took the East, and the Americans the West of Germany, which causes that the Eeast got a Sozialistic System, and the West was the Kapitalism its still today..

That was no reunion, it was an assimilation of resources and people. East-German public property got flogged. Those who had left the Soviet Sector before the Wall - or their descendants - got to claim the real estate left behind. The new states got governed by West Germans. ...
West Germany was not only annexed by the US, but also the French and the UK.
East Germany was a fashist one-party dictatorship painted socialist.
And the capitalism in the west then was rather temperate compared to today's, which only got worse thanks not only to the Christians and the Liberals but also to the Socialist Democrats and the Greens (who claim to stand for social justice and stuff (not like in SJW, but like in educational, economical etc)).

Just to be clear though, it wasn’t anything like socialism and was actually communism?

I might err in thinking the definition of socialism or communism I use are close to what the textbooks say - I was too young to have Marxism/Leninism in school and haven't read up on it on my own accord -, but to me those are inherently democratic. If I'm wrong about that, I'd correct my correction of Matze's statement into a clarification like "it was a shitty kind of socialism - namely a fashist one-party dictatorshippy one".

I'm rather sensitive about that, since one of the main inhititors to voting for Die Linke seems to be the idea "Do you want socialism? Do you want a system like the GDR? If not, don't give your vote to Die Linke!". An idea properly maintained by lobbycratic politicians and media. Totally fucked up of course, but people believe it. Die Linke being the only party not small enough to be aggregated into others and not having had the chance to prove or show they wouldn't stick to what they say. With all the larger players we know for sure, lobbycracy is all we get.

-- Just read up on it a bit. Seems the term socialism doesn't imply democracy. So I stand corrected as phrased in the 1st paragraph and everywhere I mentioned socialism - seemingly meaning something positive - it should be read democratic socialism.
