While waiting for the pyra I saw some people here had Arduboys so here's something I made for it:

Link to my blog entry for the release: https://rv6502.ca/post/2019/01/02/starduino-for-arduboy-3d-gaming-inside-28kb/

The arduboy file: https://rv6502.ca/packages/starduino/Starduino 2019-01-02.arduboy
The zip file with the manual and game: https://rv6502.ca/packages/starduino/Starduino 2019-01-02.zip

Just the Hex file (doesn't run in the emulators yet): https://rv6502.ca/packages/starduino/game.hex

With a bit of crafting the instruction manual can be printed on a single sheet double-sided and folded+stapled as a booklet (I had quite a bit of fun making the cover spoof and booklet).

Looks very nice! I loved the Starfox game on the N64. Unfortunately I don't have a Arduboy.

Impressive! From that video, looks like it runs at decent speed too

Incredible work, congratulations! The Arduboy is a harsh platform spec-wise even compared to other similar devices out there today.

I saw your thread earlier on the Arduboy boards (small world, hello), now I have to figure out how to upload the HEX from Linux without Arduino so I can try it out :D Edit: Mr.Blinky's scripts did the trick!

super cool! someone ported arduboy for the watchX, but I wasn't able to get it running yet. it compiles and uploads fine, but I think I am missing something. anyway, I want to have your game running on my watchX just to show off at work ^^.

Hey, this is Mustafa, one of the co-founders of watchX. I ran into this forum while I was searching about watchX keyword. I just signed up to reply here:) we have a community at community.watchx.io where people share about different open source watch firmware, or find solutions to their problem.

watchX is an amazing platform to really tinker about learning Coding and Arduino in a way that you experiment what you develop in a daily life. Battery life depends on firmware running on watchX. TapClokc firmware, Astroids watch face firmware or NWatch firmware lasts around 50 hours. The Bluetooth module consumes a lot of power. We are working on a BT firmware that consumes less power. You will be able to upload the new firmware via a smartphone app once it finishes.

We will develop a molded case. Currently looking for an investment to develop the mold make the watchX perfect:) There is also a book that is coming up which will teach Arduino programming from very basic to a level which you can code your own watch firmware :)

You can find visuals and videos at our Instagram page watchx_official
Please don't hesitate to reach me through info(at)argex[dot]io. If you need any help:) I am so happy to find this place:)
