Hi. There are blender models which You could, I am sure, import to Autodesk Fusion360 (and various other programs, this one just strikes me as easily to download and setup on Windows if You want just one quick thing to), however You'd best have at least one known dimension ready to scale the model; I used to import the file to Autocad 2015 (since some time, acad has 3d support added as an afterthought and although it wins me bread, it's a real mess) and it was definitely there, if I wanted to capture one or 2 dimensions. I imagine software designed for work with 3d design machining and molding (Fusion 360) to perform better. As for truly free alternatives, there is FreeCAD but I skimming through google I only see succesful imports into blender, not the other wau around
