Wrath Of Khan
Soul soother...
Many of you have heard of the rainy day project and quite a few of us were interested in this game.
Dragonslayer has made all the sources available including the source code. See dragonslayers post for the link to the sources.

I wish I had the time to help out but im working on 2 other game documents at the moment and working a part time job.
What I'm proposing is simple.
Instead of just 2 guys plugging away at this in their spare time we need at least four people to continue work on this project.
This would ease the workload greatly and make the completion of this project less daunting and eminently feasible.
Each person should have a clearly defined role in the process, ie Programmer, 2 graphic artists, a game designer to build a game document and someone to do music.
Imo each role should be owned by each individual but each team member should be open to each others ideas too.
Imo there should only be one person in charge to manage the production of the game as someone needs to hold hard to the reins.
If anyone here on the forums is interested I believe it could be done. 4 people would be enough. Too many people on a project of this size would lead to chaos and communication breakdown.
If anyone is interested in taking rainy day to completion think hard before you commit. There is plenty of hard work to do im sure.
Imo it would be best to commit to this project, ONLY if you absolutely can commit to it for the long haul.
So what do ye think? Anyone want to take this under consideration?
If ye would like i could pop in from time to time and offer my humble advice etc.
Come on guys and gals. Make it so!
