Is there a way we can hear from Craigx to know if some of these are made or in the process of being made, or none made at all... and why?

If there was at least one finished, I think that everyone would agree, a picture or video of some non-digital-rendered "finished" product really would calm a lot of folks down.

Edit - I know the topic is misleading and I didn't mean for it to be. Can I have a mod change the title of the topic?

Last word was that the keymat had been mis-routed to the wrong developer, but was en route to MWeston and might (stress... might) arrive late this week. Sometime after that, he's supposed to post some picutures of a finished prototype.

There's a thread listing official dev updates linked from the stickied 'Pandora Information Index' in this forum. Keep an eye on that for updates.

EDIT: I agree that some pics or video would certainly be a good thing, but posting a thread titled 'Product Pictures' that doesn't actually contain product pictures is liable to incite a riot.

Looking at the title of the topic I can see how it can be misleading... my bad.

Seriously guys, just look at the OP's name before getting excited over the topic title...

I have to admit - I'm disappointed that we're at Xmas and still haven't seen a completely assembled and working prototype unit.

I also realize posting threads like this won't make it happen sooner, but everyone (Pandora devs included) is frustrated by it.

Change the thread title, mods!

But to be honest, I saw that the topic wasn't posted by a dev, so my hopes weren't too high anyway.

MWeston should come along now and sneakily post pictures of the completed Pandora when we least expect it :p

*hint, hint*

I got yelled at before for not postinig the subject as a question, or at least with a question mark when it was, you live you learn.

Like some people I did notice it wasn't posted by one of the Pandora dev team but I thought maybe there were some pics somewhere I didn't know about.

It should have arrived tomorrow with Michael, but FexEx have cocked it up and have it down as an 'exception' and say it missed its plane.

Great.

Pandora taking to long to release, in a way pandora isn't very useful, it only play emulators no commercial games which makes it very expensive to own.

I just seen windows xp professional umpc it can play many emulators and it plays pc games.
it can play crazy taxi 3,onimusha 3,halo,sonic r,sonic heroes, sonic riders, sega rally 2,virtua fighter 2,house of the dead 3,guilty gear isuka and many others this is one of the best portable system i have ever seen, i'm thinking of getting this over the pandora, it's an full computer.

Go and by a Windows UMPC then. :) You've entirely missed the point of Pandora, so I would agree that it's not the device for you.

You do realise the Pandora is similar size to a Nintendo DS right?

As it is for me half the charm IS that it runs linux. I have minimal interest in the emulators.
