yup!
Wing Commander on Wikipedia
Although since it says sega-CD and not mega-CD then that'll be a US only release.....
y'know as commercial consoles/handhelds go I HATE it when they do that!
WHY do they do region specific titles? its soooo annoying!
This is one of the reasons why a NDS is more attractive than a PSP (I'm not saying that I hate the 2X so please no board jacking about why a 2X is crap - I was just ranting about the problems with commercial console/handheld systems!).
Most likely the case doesn't match. Try renaming both ROM and gmv to something simple, like:I'm having difficulties getting the GMV files to play it can't seem to find the roms even when I place them in the same place as the GMV files...
Right now mp3s must be 44100Hz stereo, your's probably are 22kHz if they play too fast..Sonic CD works great, though my MP3 files are playing back too fast...
Whoops, forgot to mention that savestates are completely unimplemented yet.Picodrives's save states do not work with this game.
Wow, slow down a bit, it is not ready for that kind of testing yet..Other games I have tested but do not work are :- Adventures Of willy Beamish, Bari-Arm, BC Racers,Batman Returns, BattleCorps, Ecco The Dolphin, Ecco Tides Of Time, Final Fight CD, Flashback, Heart OF The Alien, Jaguar XJ220, Keio Flying Squadron, Mickey Mania, Pitfall, Popful Mail, Terminator, Third World War, Wonderdog
MK2 DOES NOT exist for sega cd. I wonder what you smoked?LordFu said:MK2 on SegaCD is practically arcade quality. That would be the sweetness.
Maybe he means either MK or MK Trilogy as I'm sure I saw MK Trilogy on ebay.....

ROM: a.zip
GMV: a.zip.gmv
and then load a.zip.gmv

Looks like it was meant to be like this by it's developers..Rather Off Topic: Does anyone know why 1/4th of the actual gameplay screen is cut of Landstalker? It displays that 1/4th with 8 bit fast renderer, but very glitchy... Same happened with drmd. :/
Yeah I was also impressed by that stuff. I didn't have a clue that such things were possible when I used to play those games over and over >10 years ago. Although I remember that sonic3-walking-through-walls thing accidently happening on the real hardware.I watch a couple of the TAS videos... that's some crazy shit going on there. It's great some of the glitches I didn't even know about.
920. It would be hell a lot of work to emulate it in 940, because second 68k talks to CD controller and fetches data from CD, and I'm sure accessing SD from 940 would not work very well (if would work at all using some magic tricks maybe?). 940 already has plenty of work to decode mp3s and generate ym2612 samples. So what's the second 68000 being emulated on? 920 or 940?
I use CBR 128kbps 44.1kHz stereo mp3s (don't use high bitrates to get better performance).RE: MP3s: It might be a VBR problem... I'll try re-encoding them... blubb
/me wants MegaRace http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MegaRace. Graphics look insane for segacd game.
Anyone tried simple ported games like flink/pugsy or sol feace?
Sol Feace does not boot (hangs at the Sega-logo).
No way. I'd love to play megarace on the GP2X. B) It relies heavily on video though...That is just pre-rendered video in the background with Megadrive sprites over the top. I had that on the 3DO it wasn't that good./me wants MegaRace http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MegaRace. Graphics look insane for segacd game.
