its just the expectation of Next generation, not particularly in graphics, though due to past technologies, graphics WAS ALWAYS A PART OF DEFINING A GENERATION AND MOVING INTO THE NEXT. It's been that way since 1978, so now we're getting into a generation where the visual gap is not going to be as great as past years, so how are the gaming companies progressing? The use of HD, more powerful processors capable of more complicated AI and scenerios, like have a hundred army men on a playing field with their own individual AI, new media storage, Blu Ray. Xbox 360 and PS3 look to be using these methods to differ themselves from the previous generation, not just a graphical difference, but the Revolution, at least at this point, doesn't hint to have anything to differentiate itself from the previous generation except for a new controller.
And i do know the industry is to make money not fulfill my needs , but whatever your problem is with me fishass is, I know i'm not the only one, even on this board, that is disappointed with the release of the Revolutions specs. And again when looking at it on paper, and as DaveC, NOT ME, has already pointed out, there's nothing revolutionary about the revolution.
