Miku Manor

Well I guess my biggest question is probably the most insensitive.

How on earth do you not constantly remind yourself that everything is just fabricated?

It's like earlier you said you tried to goto bed without waking Miku up but that situation was entirely fabricated. Since you are 100% in control of how Miku reacts in this world why would you make it so she woke up?

People with Schizophrenia can't control it so it's not that.

I fully understand that it's fabricated, it just doesn't bother me.

B) , I'll remind her of that when she gets back from work. :)

I'm drawing on past experience, everybody wakes up when I try to sneak into bed. I'm just no good at it. :)

Hardly, one of my friends has schizophrenia so I know what the symptoms are.

Make believe.  Again, kinda like how people twist the idea of Jesus to fit their needs.

And, I have another example of that, since Strigoi likes them.  Someone was fired today for stealing a series of things.  They responded rather rudely, and in anger.  Amongst things said were "Jesus doesn't like you anymore".  No, actually, those are your feelings.  Also, isn't anger considered a really bad sin?  Also, Jesus isn't the Old Testament version of God that reacts out of hatred and does all the things his followers are not permitted.  You know, the one that "hates fags".  Someone needs to remind those people associated with that church that they are mixing up versions, and it is the Jew God that would feel that way, not their superior Christian one.

There's nothing wrong with a bit of curiosity now and again. :)
Indeed.  It still seems messed up what they do though.  I know it is no different than what religions have always done, but here they come up with their own selfish stuff, as in that example, or really out there stuff that takes faith and belief to the extreme.  I fully support them being able to believe what they want, but I don't like when they try to force it on others, or use it as justification to attack others, which, again, religions have always done...

^ I meant there's nothing wrong with me showing a bit of curiosity, though I'm guessing you knew that already so the statement is a bit redundant. Also talking about people forcing religion down your throat, I had a visit from some Jehovah's Witnesses today, luckily they'd fucked off before I managed to get to the front door. :)

Well at least not all religions.

You seldomly hear about bad stuff done by buddhists or daoists.

... and especcially not pastafarians!

I fully agree, and followers of religions that aren't overly aggressive, or individuals who are adherent to the beliefs that are but aren't assholes about it have my respect for that.  I would rather be able to discuss what someone believes with them than have them tell me all the bad that will happen if I don't believe and do as they do.  Resorting to violence because of differences in belief seems a bit silly, but so was me drawing such people into confrontations.

Unfortunately, I have yet to see anything that makes believe there are people who actually believe in Pastafarianism, so I don't accept it as a religion.

I think the idea of Jesus is twisted no matter how you look at it. :3
I think there are people who follow the teachings associated with him for the right reason, though.  I don't know what exactly you feel is fundamentally twisted, but there is the potential for good from Christianity.

Why did it have to be an iPod Nano.

I never denied that. ;)

As to me describing what is twisted, I'm not going to go there.

But anyone who's followed all my views I've posted on these boards, as well as my personal thread will conclude that a statement like that from me is obvious, if not entirely predictable.

Lolwut? There are actually people really believing in the mad mountain god JHWH that demands genocides now and then in his name, children as sacrifices, drowns millions of innocent creatures,

or in the persian version that's more into hacking people into pieces from behind and torturing his minions with truckloads of virgins (probably old christian nuns) for all eternity,

or in the man in the moon that's somehow omnipotent and omnipresent but doesn't give a fuck about justice and rewarding the virtuos and has sent an earthly wine-making clone of himself that got a second run as a zombie?

I thought all this has something to do with a strange sense of philosophy combined with mythophilia. oO
