It Lives!

Great news. I really can't wait to play Chip's Challenge. It'd be so much fun playing it on the go, although there were many frustrating levels.

Considering that I'm writing the 65C02 core and part of the custom chips in ARM ASM, then I would hope so. I have it some where, so will test, but need to get the rest of the instructions in the asm core first.

I am without my GP32 at the mo, as i sent it to mashmods for voltage, screen and d-pad mod.
damn how much did all that cost + p&p? where do you live?
I paid £20 altogether and i liove in Exeter, England. I think the offer was pretty good. I should get my GP32 back at the end of next week hopefully!

I must say i can't wait for the Lynx emu. Has anyone played Lemmings, Lax on the Lynx, it is awesome!
Exeter . Holy shit another gamepark in *MY* town?!
 I thought i was the only GP owner in Exeter!

This sounds very promising and awesome Squidge!! Hopefully we will even get sound!! One of my dreams come true :)

Thanks :)

Hopefully, sound will be implemented. Don't know about that yet though, but I do love ARM assembler. Simple, yet powerful.

I'll try my best! :)

I remember I had a class in college where I had to write a few simple asm programs on a 6800 (no, that is not a typo, 8 bit 6800) microprocessor trainer and I was quite baffled. I can't even imagine how you can do something as complex as an emu for a Lynx etc. You asm coders are magic as far as I am concerned. Don't give up! Fight on! :)

Yeah! I agree with Axeman: RYGAR!

And.. what about California Games? ;)

I was asking about this from weekns on the forums B)

Lynx will rule... ever :D

Hi !

It would be great to play California Games, Rampart and Shadow Of The Beast again.

How is it possible to write a new lynx emu on handy code ? I once tried to understand the code in order to optimize but gave up - it was too complicated for me.

And i made some tries in assembler. But my routine was slower than c <_< Then i gave up.

Greetings

Tobias
