I have just email if they had any left?'geo12' said:If you e-mail OpenPandora, they should have some extra units left over to order.
Hehe, me too.'idk761' said:I haven't done much research on it, because the way you have to pay is a little "dirty" to me. I rather just click on a shopping cart.
Yes it would be more simpler.'idk761' said:One last question.
Since it seems they are selling these in batches, and selling it through bank transfer and other ways.
Do you think buying one of these would be more simpler.(ex. Using a credit card, and simply clicking buy, and it goes into shopping cart,etc..), because I am in no rush into get one of these, and would probably wait to buy one to see if there are any recalls of some kind.
If you're in no rush and you are not sure what you're buying (haven't done much research), then I would encourage you to relax and wait. Watch the first batch come out, read the reviews, let the kinks in the software get ironed out. By the second or third batch (which should come quickly, BTW: all the things causing delays right now will be done) one can even hope a bank somewhere will have gotten a clue and begun accepting credit cards again on behalf of Openpandora. Why throw $350 at something when you don't even know if it will do what you want?'idk761' said:Do you think buying one of these would be more simpler.(ex. Loonie, have you done any emulators for the Gameboy Advance?'Loonie' said:I bit the bullet and preordered one of the extra units.
My original DS screen met an untimely demise on the metro during rush hour a couple of weeks ago, so I guess it was meant to be.
I must admit, I was somewhat won over by the demos of the hardware in action. This must surely be the first portable powerful enough to actually be its own complete dev kit.
I'm all excited now.
Emulators?? As in programmed them? Good lord, no. That's way beyond my scope.'Phawx' said:Loonie, have you done any emulators for the Gameboy Advance?
Nope (my zaurus, heck, even my old palm pilot could), although it's probably the first *gaming* handheld, and only because it's got a keyboard as standard.'Loonie' said:This must surely be the first portable powerful enough to actually be its own complete dev kit.
