I have a unmodded NLU that goes up to 256Mhz (well in all apps I tested except for OpenSNES, but that might be a bug).
If you really want one I can sell you mine, as I already preordered the GP2X

My FLU hits 166 easily, I tried 168 in MAMEGP and it reset immidiatly.
