Although I'll be working on psx emulation again, it won't be at the same fast pace as most high priority projects of mine. But I'll keep everyone updated as needed.

Yeah! I've made you an optimized version which is only 60KB. (still not that small I know but much better than 620 KB)

Why would Zod' only give him 9 days? I would think things like this can't be rushed. I would think Exophase should have as much time as he needs to get it the way he wants it and is happy with it. Kind of odd.

You've never had to work with programmers before have you? Tell a programmer he's got ample time & nothing ever gets done!

How'd you get it that small? You surely must of dropped some frames? I think you must of dropped about half the frames to get it that small?

No frames were dropped. Just reduced the resolution as it was 180x180 and the size of avatars here should be no more than 110 by 80. I also reduced the number of colors to 64 - easy.

Posting this before zodttd can XD

I did some register usage analysis on some GBA games. The results are a little crude but hopefully at least somewhat accurate.

http://gpsp-dev.blogspot.com

They turned out quite a bit better than I thought, so here's hoping that it makes a difference in performance to do the register caching (which I'll be working on next)

Sadly, with a busted SD slot and no rechargeable batteries/charger my GP2X isn't very good for actual being used in any kind of practical way. Thanks though ;)

Oh, I though that they offered to fix your GP2X. I thought that you sent it to them to fix awhile back.

I guess some cash would work instead then. As soon as something materializes that is playable on my OC challenged unit I will do that.

Thanks for everything.

Where do you live? I recommend my Ansmann recharger, great thing!
http://www.amazon.de/Ansmann-DigiCam-Power...8817&sr=8-1
includes 4 2400 mAh accu's
Recharger comes also with various adaptors for different countries.

Well, again it's the "GP2X Dev Curse" where GP2X coders always have Trouble with for developing important Hardware. ^^" It's bad Sony/Nintendo Voodoo I guess.
