And too bad that the keyboard leds were not here, it could have been great to light them like a Xmas tree.
I've said it before and I will say it again, the inner bezel of the Pyra lid should have been made black together with the small black parts, irrespective of case color, for better display quality, and because it just looks better...[...] LCD cable from the hype black and grey Pandora.
I agree. I looked at the big picture so I could admire it. I think most newish laptops I see these days are kinda ugly. Even fancy colors don't help them much.Looks like a nice convention, Also that's a nice old Toshiba laptop.
By any chance did you try Slackware on it? I understand it might be a bit early for that, just wondering. The Pyra !
Haha yeah we got a prototype just in time, with Debian and LibreOffice, so nothing sexy to show.
This reminds me that I was in a T-Mobile store recently and asked if I would have any trouble using the Pyra as a smartphone on their network. The sales person told me it should be fine. I would prefer to get confirmation from someone with more knowledge and experience, but it seems we may be able to use it on one of the major carriers in the US.Well, the final arguments being "you can get Internet directly with 4G(LTE) and also use it as a phone", every ppl were astonished.
