Is that wind lifting the van off a transporter at the same time as it bends over that awning, in the recent storms?

No it may be more the case of a Truck Driver who ditnt remember he had High Vans on his Truck, this happens now and then..
my Driving Teacher gave us the advice to have a Post It Note on the Sun Blend whit the overall size ..
but these pump station roofs don’t have a sign whit it’s high, so it could be he did know the Size of the Truck but it’s ditnt fit ..

But usually a Truck is only allowed till 4 metric meters to the sky, at least in Europe, anything above needs special paperwork..


Edit: and as you see; the Van is above a normal car, so too high anyway
