Nk Qtopia For Gp2x

Umm ... has anyone tried it? Those crazy Korean characters intimidate me!!

it dosnt flash anything, it just mounts the img (just open the .gpu in a text app and you can see it yourself)
however it dosnt work for me, nk sayd you need a kernel with networking.

I'll give another go at installing cramfs on my gp2x. (This is going to be my 3rd time.)

WAS THE ONLY WORD YOU READ CRAMFS!?

I said it USES, not REQUIRES!!!
ROFL. I love people.

ok it doesn't work here with 1.4.0, but i love the screenies :)

edit: tried it with the usbnet 1.4.0 kernel but no go for me too.
anyone got it working?

cheers

maybe you have to make the directory /opt/Qtopia
or better still make the directory /mnt/sd/opt/Qtopia and change

export QPEDIR=/opt/Qtopia
to
export QPEDIR=/mnt/sd/opt/Qtopia

in qtopia.gpu

I hope we get the Oddbots cramfs with networking kernel soon.

using network support kernel, and edit qtopia.gpu.

Code:
# prepare /tmp directory...
rm /tmp/qtembedded* -rf
chown root.root /tmp
add this lines before '# run...' line.

Edit: lastest release(06/03/07) added networking support kernel, and modified script.
download is http://gp2mania.com/bbs/view.php?id=pds_proj&no=53
click 'File #1' label's link.
but, isn't support cramfs firmware by theoddbots.

AHA! Thanks! works now!!!

edit: this is so f%$%g cool!!!
really LOVE the cpu system info display! :D :D :D

thanks to all involved!

cheers

guess when we have the qtopia/tmp dir on the sd it should work ok with
the cramfs kernel...
