Just another thing to discuss about... Pokèmon. Yep, you heard right. We Germans are easy to impress, especially our youngest Now every child I know, at, let's say 10 years, has a GBA or GBA SP and plays Pokèmon. Before the GBA they had a Game Boy Color. Pokèmon attracted a whole new generation towards handhelds. The thing is: Those children get older and want something more powerful. As I can see, most want the GBA SP, even if they already have the GBA, just because it's new and is "more powerful". When I went to my tutoring job after getting the GP32 and told the kid about it, maybe let him play a little.... tada. Instant GP32 fan.
Now that does not only apply to europe (but as I recall, the Pokèmon market is biggest here....), but it justifies to launch about now, in a continent that houses the most, or at least most active, GP32-users in the world. That means: Propaganda of this thing is higher.
