Actually, in your video it DOES have the sound problems found on other emulators. Basically, certain sounds "stick" and drag out for a few seconds rather than playing normally.
I looked on YouTube and found a couple of gameplay videos and they too had this problem! Apparently not all emulators handle this game all that well... SuperGNES apparently does, and I don't recall ever having any issues with ZSNES when I last played it on PC several years ago. After doing a little bit of research, it appears that Snes9x had this issue in this game up until version 1.52 or 1.53, so if the emulator is based on an older version of Snes9x, it'll have this messed up sound... which is why its so prevalent. Its too bad, the game has excellent sound.
If you have access to the Android Market (Google Play) can you try running the game with SuperGNES to see if the sound improves?
