What Are You Playing?

I forgot my Pandora at home this morning! What am I supposed to do here at the office now? My work won't pile itself up, you know! Pandora 2 should have a personal teleporter so it can be recalled to wherever you are so this kind of disaster can be avoided in the future.

Haha I'm currently developing a usb drive for this so it's workable on my current pandora but with little success so far i can't even manage to get it to teleport as far as the toilet

I spose if anyone was the person to ask it would be you is megaman legends playable in the PCSX-ReARMed emulator cos whenever i try it crashes after the capcom screen if it is playable is it a bios issue or did I just stuff up the rip of my original game cd I know this is probably something for the support forum so i'm sorry for going a little off topic
I'm afraid, for this one, I'm not the person to ask. Whilst I have ripped my CDs, I'm not particularly fond of the Legends series, and haven't felt compelled to test them in PCSX-ReARMed recently.

That said, I'll give it a look later if I have the time, and if it works, I'll let you know. :p

Thanks will try Chaos Warmech's solution and post results

I'm currently getting fully use out of my Pandora that I've had for a couple of weeks now. One of the main reasons I got it was I seem to spend a fair amount of time in hospitals with no internet. The last 3 days I've played through Frogatto and am now almost through Beyond Oasis for the Genesis. Great to play a game that doesn't lead you by the hand again :)

I'm playing zork (not that I've ever completed it) and compile you bloody thing

SONY, those images are backwards, no way would player 1 ever miss that jump. Gameplaying heirarchy, My machine, I'm player 1

Despite being a huge Mega Man, I've never played any of the Battle Network series, mostly because I'm generally not an RPG fan. However, just loaded up BN1 on VisualBoy Advance, and..... I like it! :)

You're right! Plus, I didn't see a speed-up mushroom being used! Bloody hacks!

No thats makable 150cc with a perfectly timed jump and your in i could always do it and my bro couldn't lead to many fist fights over who was cheating

^ If I'm remembering right, it also depends on your character's weight class, too, doesn't it? For example, you could certainly make it in 150cc with a well-timed jump for light-weights, but if you were playing as, say, Donkey Kong or Bowser, that wasn't possible unless you had a speed-boost on you. :p

I'm a bit shocked at the lack of NES games listed above compared to the rest. You kids make me feel old, ha.

Uhm, I've recently beat Dragon Warrior for the NES (RPG with one party member. Yep, just one, those were the days), and am working through Dragon Warrior II, along with some Wesnoth and a sprinkling of Super Geometry Dust.

How long did it take? Thanks to fast forward I was able to finish it in about 8 or 9 hours. DW2 took a little longer as they started to add actual story and not just raw grinding. III is taking me quite some time now, it's where the stories really take off.

Yeah that would make sense now I was always either toad or yoshi and he would go Mario

Hmm, I don't quite remember but 9 or so hours sounds about right -- I obviously didn't do it in one sitting. It was one of the six or so NES games we had as kids; I've played through the game many times as a young'un.

DW2 is actually probably my favorite of the four NES ones; definitely the hardest due to the weak companions and some terribly annoying game design flaws that they fixed in later games. DW3 and 4 are fun just due to the all around rock solid gameplay with them. Frankly, the Dragon Warrior franchise was leaps and bounds ahead of Final Fantasy back in the early days.

But yes, I look forward to playing the NES and SNES Dragon Warrior/Quest games on my Pandora, and it will take a good chunk of time.

I love the NES but i like playing my old console over the pandora (nothing more satifiying than clocking an old cartride) if you haven't played it try uforia it was pal only but is one of my favourites

Golden Axe Warrior for the Sega Master System. And since I'm playing the game on a system with good game controls (instead of my pda) I actually have a chance of playing it all the way to the end this time.

Probably one of the best Zelda 1 clones you can find, and since the people actually give you halfway decent information, you can play it without a faq if you're willing to explore enough. Some of the bosses are hard as well though so make sure you use save states.
