aptX has a few different codecs, one of which is entirely lossless. You can connect an oscilloscope directly to the output of a stereo, and then do the same with a bluetooth transceiver with the aptX lossless decoder, and the scopes will literally have the exact same waveforms, with a resolution of 96Khz.
If you still insist you can hear a difference then it is either the exact same psychology that tells some people that expensive cables sound better, or at least that you're using two different speakers to do the comparison and it is in fact the speakers that are causing the difference, or you're using one of the other two codecs and complaining that your orange doesn't taste like an apple.
