No, they just answered the phone this afternoon in the UK. Its my understanding that Craig's shop has changed ISPs and there has been a backlog of emails over the weekend. Give it a day or two, if you don't here anything, try sending another.I want my money back and can't get anyone to respond to emails. Scamdora?
Good luck, I've been trying to get a refund for about 4 months. I send 1 email every other Monday but still haven't heard so much as a peep.
As mentioned before, have you tried different email addresses? Maybe they don't receive your mails.
I can't imagine them ignoring you.
Firstly we answer every email we get and we also have a *phone number*.

Not everyone has international calling ( if h00k is in the US ) Or can do it depending on their service provider.
sales@openpandora.org is just a forwarder to openpandorasales@gmail.com
There definetely seems to be an issue with the eMail though, I know there had been refunds during the last weeks.
Could you try to send it FROM another eMail?
I know it can take up to 1 - 2 weeks if there is REALLY a mass of mails, but I've never seen Jacquelyne ignoring someone for 4 months...
Are you serious? Why would an American be banned from phoning the UK? People phone us from the USA at least once a day.
This guy is just a troll, look at the topic title and by-line, it's asking for trouble and he knows it.

I doubt he can't call from the US and he never claimed he couldn't, but that does cost money and he shouldn't have to pay to contact you.
