Your bank agent fooled you : he doesnt need that much information to proced.Your IBAN (internationnal bank account number) and ED IBAN should have been enough.

Surprisingly it's one of the most common and easiest transfer methods here in germany. Inner country wise it's always easier of course but even international you should not need much more than an IBAN number, they were made for exactly this.Bank transfer seems to be complicated, but Inqui helped me out and I reimbursed him via PayPal. Very easy going Inqui way
