it stays green until a game loads , (no bios screen) , it doesnt seem to do anything then the game loads , and I think renaming iso to bin is all thats needed.abigsmurf posted on Dec 3 2005 at 05:23 PM said:got some questions:
does it have to be a .bin file as in bin/cue format or just an iso renamed to .bin?
Also I've never got passed the green screeen yet, should it at least show the bios even if the game itself crashes?
They have been doing that for quite a while.Pixman posted on Dec 3 2005 at 01:18 PM said:Besides, would you SERIOUSLY play something which doesn't run at FULL speed?
I definately wouldn't... just not so much fun.

That is just not possible on a 200 MHz ARM system, it is physics not magic. Hell we can't even get full speed SNES with sound, let alone PSX, and SNES runs at like 10 times slower with no 3D. You guys need to come down to earth a bit here that is all. If you like playing games with super choppy framerates, slow, and with no sound that take up most of your SD card then have fun.
I just can't believe how mental everyone goes when a PSX "emulator" is mentioned even knowing it will never be full speed. It is almost like everyone cares more about choppy and slow PSX emus more than anything else that could *actually be* fullspeed, it is just weird, I don't get it.

So I guess you don't want to play my xbox360 emulator then?

So, like, go away.

Here it is, many of us don't even have our units yet, and there's already an emulator we weren't expecting untill middle of next year at best. When someone comes along and blows away everyone's expectations, you can expect a massive, positive response.
