Do a search on the gp32x boards - its been discussed several times.

Bascially it may be possible, but will take time/work.

JayFoxRox on the gp32x boards was working on such a thing and had a fair bit of success. No where near ready for release, but it showed some promise. I think he's on a break from coding right now, at least until his Pandora arrives.

Even so, it may never reach a point where it is anything more than tech demo. On the other hand, even if it doesn't pan out for the Pandora, 4 or 5 years from now, when the Pandora 2 is ready to ship, the ground work that Jay is doing now will probably make it perfect for the future console.

That's good to know. Im still waiting for mine to get here. Was thinking of selling my psp1001 when my pandora gets here.

It's usually better to keep the hardware you're emulating if you have it and it still works. Emulation's not always perfect, and it's nice to go back every now and again to play the real thing. :)

I'll always remember the sound my Sega CD made when I played it. I'm glad it still works!

And you need a PSP to :

1) dump your UMD into an ISO

2) decrypt modules as more and more games are encrypted and the only viable option is to make it through a real PSP.
