Hm, I'm still new to Linux and I don't know how to debug the RAM.
Well, I just played for 1 hour without a crash, on 1 GHz and with ZRam disabled (swapoff -a). I will try on 1.2 GHz tomorrow and switch ZRam on and off again.
Btw., does 'swapoff -a' disable only ZRam, or other stuff as well? I had very bad experiences with ZRam so far. It slowed down my Nokia N900 (only 256 MB RAM) and it causes reboots on my current Android with 512 MB RAM!
