I'll save the good people of GP32X a trip by saying I'm the antichrist of GP2X... dom. You see, when you have opinions divergent from the norm, you're quickly labelled as an outsider and an all-around terrible person here. Pretty much every comment that doesn't meet a strict criteria of circlejerkery is immediately flagged as rationale to ban you from the forum on a whim. The tendency for discussions to deviate from approved opinions, or impede on the profit margins of certain GP2X retailers who make their living selling people handhelds through this forum, led to the removal of anyone deemed unworthy of receiving the Second Coming of Christ (the GP2X). People not approved to post on GP32X:
- People who didn't like the GP2X
- People who think the GP32 was better built
- People who have ideas for improving the GP2X who are in any way shape or form vocal about them
- People who wish to discuss anything controversial, political, or religious in nature (hence such topics being banned)
- People who wish to criticize resellers of the Second Coming of Christ (GP2X)

They just show what the graphics chip can do. They aren't videos from a prototype of the device.
EDIT: I think only the first four are for the SGX (the one in the OMAP3430). The others are for lower-end chips. Look at those 4 to see the power of the Craiginator (if he uses the 3430).

Nice demos. The text for one of them mentions OpenVG, which I've looked up on wikipedia. It's apparantly used for hardware 2D acceleration. My brains not really functioning at the minute, but it mentions something about a new open source version of this engine and also that it works well with Flash.
So I'm just wondering... Can we expect Flash to be available on this thing? I'm sure I've read somewhere recently about a bunch of companies coming together to make an ARM version available at a similar level to Adobe Flash.

They don't even tell you which GPU they were produced on. The SGX comes in 3 catagories for Mobile, UMP and IGP. I just wish TI would release the real specs of the OMAP including which SGX they are using, and PowerVR released some demos stating that they were produced on the mobile SGX.
