Blur is worse than in reality, yeah.
As skeezix mentioned, I can only record at 25fps or 50fps with my camera.
As emulators / games on the Pandora run with 30fps (or 60fps) as default, the camera records some in-between pictures every second (right where the LCD changes from one frame to the next one) which blurs and adds a lot more ghosting than there is.
I know you can run emulators with 50fps (PAL) as well - but both SNES and Genesis run slower then (yeah, the games we played in Germany on the real consoles were slower as well!).
I did that once - and then got complaints that it runs too slow
