End up sleeping bevor the Direct, it was Midnight in Germany..
my conclusion: N 64 and Genesis Games when you pay more for Nintendo Online? I allready have a Genesis Collection on the Switch and the more interessting N64 Games are portet to DS/3DS Cardridges, so when i have my Switch whit me anyway, i also have the New 2DS XL which plays them.. , Bayo 3 next year, ok this is cool, and the old Knights of the Old Repuplic as Port might be worth a Buy, also the Remake might be for XBOX Series, not for XBOX ONE..

A new rumor of a 4K Switch was floated by Bloomberg, then squashed by Nintendo less than a day later. What I'm wondering is how these things even happen.

Bloomberg: "At least 11 developers have 4K Switch development kits."
Nintendo: "No, they don't."
Bloomberg: "Oh, right. Well, carry on, then."

I've been looking at what people are saying. Nintendo can't exactly lie to investors, but they can be careful about how they word things. Nintendo's tweet on their investor relations account specifically says no new Switch revision that supports 4K is coming. It also says no new models are coming soon. What it doesn't mention is any completely new hardware, like a home console or a Switch successor.

Anyway, these dev kits don't necessarily mean anything is coming too soon. Nintendo probably had plans, then ran into supply issues, which haven't been resolved yet.

Here, take a look for yourself:

Well, this is interesting. Nintendo filed a patent for image upscaling using AI, similar to what everyone has been saying Switch Pro will use to achieve 4K. The patent is actually pretty old though, and it’s possible Nintendo has gone in a different direction since.

I just ordered a Switch Oled, I know much to expensive, around 369 € but not that bad for after release , some are asking over 800 € for this thing.. ,
And a TPU Case whit detachable Joycon Cases ^^ Finally Snowrunner whit Vibration, and a nice big screen for playing in the garden thanks to OLED ..

This clear protective sticker that goes over my Switch's serial sticker just came off. It's like the glue melted. Kinda weird, since I'm never that hard on my Switch. Anyway, I found out that the serial number can be looked up in the system settings, so I'm not too worried about the serial sticker eventually rubbing away.

Great the protection case for my Oled Switch is allready there, now I only need to wait for the Console/Handheld itself which should be begun shipping yesterday and it’s meant for the 14. - 16. ..

Nice whit the new Kickstand, but to test how good the games look in this thing I have to download them first, or at least the updates as I have lots in Cardridge..
the Handheld itself looks good, it’s not that much different to the release switch, mostly the much bigger screen .. but therefore I have now again a switchable Switch from the newer revision, I can’t put the Joycon in this Joycon Grip whit the Protection Covers but I would use them anyway as more likely as 2 controllers or I would use my Release Pro Controller.. which I just have to clean a bit as it’s got some dust..

Well, Nintendo finally did it. Paid Animal Crossing DLC. To be fair, they're launching a bunch of free stuff too, including gyroids and the café. The paid DLC just sounds like a version of Happy Home Designer running in New Horizons' engine. It's called "Happy Home Paradise", and it will cost $25 and launch November 5th. They also say if you're willing to cough up the extra money for a premium tier Nintendo Online membership, you don't even have to pay for the DLC. Only $50 a year for a $25 DLC, yay.

All of the free Nintendo stuff I've downloaded since the 3DS ambassador games (mostly GBA games) have been poorly disguised ways to try to get me to pay more money. Thankfully the only way I have to get money on to my 3DS is to buy vouchers and I'm not sure those are available any more. Mind you, I've not been into a game store since mid 2019 so who really knows.

Ditnt measure the time, but could it be the batteries on the Oled are much better than on the Lite? I played a lot and on background it’s also download some of my games ,
Im a bit unsure if I should use the Joycon atachements whit the wrist bands as these make the Joycon a bit to wide to hold in one hand, although it’s ads a bit of safety for move control games ..
im still hope whe get Netflix Amazon Disney some time as they should look good on this screen.. but on the other hand , other than on the Xbox you have to close the game for Running YouTube.. and Snowrunner loads up quite long..

TFTs have a backlight that produces all the colours brightly and the panel blocks the parts that are not needed in the image. An OLED display just produces what's needed to make up the image. So that should be more efficient. Plus, maybe your Lite had enough charging cycles already to make a bit of a difference. ?

Oh man, people are still saying a 4K Switch is coming, and even worse, they're saying it might not be backwards compatible with Switch, because each Switch game contains its own version of the Switch GPU drivers, and they would have to be patched on a game by game basis for a new GPU.

They say developers are currently being told to target late 2022, but that it might not release until 2023.

People are saying there will be a 4K Switch since years now.

Concerning paid DLC:
All the games I have played with paid DLC were pretty fair.
There 95% of the time are no first day DLC.
And those I've purchased are mostly well done, add to the experience and are at a fair price.
Nintendo does DLC really well in my opinion.
